Kara Thrace (Katee Sackhoff)

Kara “Starbuck” Thrace is a fictional character in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica franchise. Played by Katee Sackhoff, she is a revised version of Lieutenant Starbuck from the 1978 Battlestar Galactica series.
Katee Sackhoff is Kara “Starbuck” Thrace, she is Lieutenant Starbuck way back in 1978 of Battlestar Galactica.
Starbuck originally didn’t value her very life, as she is always willing to sacrifice her life in behalf of her shipmates, but later she is prepared to save lives sacrificing her very own life.

Starbuck’s character compels the viewers to value and respect life. She is portrayed as hard drinking fit individual. Sackhoff’s believed she shouldn’t be killed in the series, as this is a one kind of a girl who get drunk of calories.
